What makes a good title sequence?

What does he think makes a good title sequence?
  1. That it dovetails seamlessly into the film proposition.
  2. Setting an expectation.
  3. Getting the audience excited.
What is important about the font used in seven?
  1. It's a hand written font.
  2. It's just another tool which shouldn't be an afterthought but an integration. 
What does he mean by "story based" main title sequences?
  1. A clear metaphor
  2. A poster which tells us what the film is about.
Why do the 2 1/2 minutes of the title sequence become important for the studio?
  1. People realise they can help the movie with a backstory.
  2. Creates convergence from the audiences.
  3. Allows us to infiltrate graphic design typographers.
